Heritage Place is a 10-bed special care unit, commited to providing quality care to residents with dementia and memory loss.

Heritage Place accepts private pay, medical assistance and is registered as a Housing with Services Facility with the Minneasota Department of Health.

Heritage Place is a secure unit designed for residents with unique and special care needs. Providing a place where dementia residents can live within the constraints of their own behavioral needs. This facility allows residents to enjoy a greater degree of freedom from physical and chemical restraints. Our staff are trained to understand the special needs of dementia and memory loss residents. They are trained with the philosophy that these special residents need of lot of understanding and care, so that they can enjoy the highest quality of life available
